  • Hey, that is better than gaining! Hang in there, it will come. I would bet it's all those muscles your building! Have you tried stepping up your fiber? I eat a high fiber cereal (14 grams of fiber) every morning and lots of whole grains.

  • Personally, I listen to my body. I do not eat my exercise calories unless I am hungry. If I get hungry, I know they are there to fall back on, but I don't force myself to eat them...and i usually don't need them. I do at least get the minimum calories though. And with my sweet cravings, i don't usually have a problem…

  • Maybe I'm just oblivious to the fact that SKINNY jeans are for SKINNY people, but I always wore them and never thought anything of it. :ohwell: I am a size 18/20. I like them because I can wear my tall boots over them. I always felt like I looked hot in them :laugh:

  • I agree. I urged my friend to call the school about it. This was definately something they should have gotten the parents permission for anyway. And on top of it, they were SO off!
  • Yea, they told my friends daughter when they were doing a BMI screening at school that she was overweight. She's 13, about 5'2, and wears a size 2 in juniors/16 slim in girls!!! That's not my idea of overweight. Sounds like that might create some serious eating disorders :frown:
