No (did good all except cholesterol. . I had shrimp)

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Made it thru another day of no pop!
What would I have done differently?
Well I had 2 servings of shrimp because I knew 1 wouldn't be enough to keep me full but it was TOO much cholesterol. I should have had 1 serving & then extra veggies or something with it.
