Thanks for the encouragment, Jennifer!! I didn't do so well this weekend, although it could have been worse. But, I am back on track today. Before, if I "messed up" I would just say "oh well, I'll start over again on Monday." I've learned to get right back on track after a "slip". Today, I am extremely focused.

Have you tried Kraft naturals fat free cheese? It's really not that bad...you get use to it. Every now and then, I will treat myself to 2% cheese or 1/4 of the amount I normally use of full fat cheese.

Try brushing your teeth when you have a craving or directly after your meal. This works well when you are at home. I am now 6 days smoke free and it hasn't been TOO bad. They discontinued my brand of cigarettes which makes it ALOT easier for me. You are an inspiration! Good luck...it is well worth it.
