What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Did my first Zumba class
What would I have done differently?
Not eat the choc pudding, cool whip, cake concoction... I ate about a cup of it. :mad:
What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and exercise
Where is everyone? I was the only one to check in yesteday :sad: This is a daily check in if anyone wants to join :bigsmile:

would have done 90 min cardio (i cut out early cuz i was ready to go home)

Ate about half of what I did (no joke that still would have been 1,500 calories)

Hi guys....I'm not new to MFP, as I joined about 9 months ago. However, I let life take control over the last four months and while I haven't gained anything back, I haven't lost anything either. Now it's time for me to have control of my LIFE! So I thought this was a nice thread and thought I'd ease back into the forums with this. Hope ya'll don't mind!

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed MOSTLY on track.
What would I have done differently?
Eat drive-thru food after work because I was 'hungry' and wanted to be social.
What is today's personal goals? To stay well within my calories, attend yoga and do at least 10 minutes on the elliptical, and to get at least 8 hours of sleep!0 -

Walked longer.
