Well when the big clothes does not fit, I do not fit that bad since the benefits outweighs the detriments. You know, you may have wasted money, but you are getting in shape, feeling better and you can always donate the clothing.

When I am at work I drink 2 8oz of water and 12oz of Coke. I would like to drink more but I can't be standing up to go to the bathroom every hour. When I do sport then I do drink my 8 8oz of water.
