Almost Chocolate Shake

Almost Chocolate Milk Shake:drinker:

1 cup Skim milk
2 tabs chocolate syrup
Mix in a blender to get a creamy frothy texture.

    I like the Whey Protein Chocolate Shakes that they sell at wal-mart. They taste like chocolate ice cream and gives me the proteins needed. But make sure to blend it very very well.

    I just bought this! I bought chocolate (they also have cookies and cream, strawberry and vanilla) and it is sooooo good! Much better than the vanilla yucky one I bought from Loblaws last year which almost put me off protein powder forever. The Walmart one is also DIRT CHEAP! $19 Cdn for 2lbs which is the regular jumbo bucket. Even the junky non-name kind of stuff in grocery stores is $34-39.

    If you are in a rush, it blends well if you put it in a thermos and shake.
