Should just go for it. Start off on small curbs, etc and then just progress up from there. I just went cold turkey. I never really thought about it and filled myself with other things instead. Just had a look at your diary and unless you are in a highly active job then perhaps your daily calories are too high. Also agree with the above comments about your foods. You seem to be eating high calorie foods that won't keep you full very long and your daily calories are getting used up pretty quickly. If you post your…

Don't get discouraged. You're losing at a good rate. You should be aiming for roughly 1lb to 1.5lb per week in order to minimise loose skin. Just keep your chin up and keep ploughing through. You're losing which is the main thing.

I love my beard. Haven't been clean shaven for about 3 years now and don't think I'd go back to it. I've got too much of a babyface without it.
