Just had a look at the Coachella lineup and it's looking pretty good. If you get the chance to, go along and see "Squeeze" saw them a few years back and they were still fantastic. Brilliant sing along act.

It depends really what your net calories are after you've added the exercise. Usually I would have maybe a Peanut butter sandwich. Protein shakes are definitely a good one to have after a workout. Cottage cheese, tuna, turkey slices are also good for just before bed after your workout as it will stop your body from eating…

Not really a sweet person anymore. Gave up sweets and chocolate pretty much as soon as I started my health kick and I'm pretty impressed I've kept it up. I'll probably just have a couple of boiled eggs instead haha.
