Go to the top of the page: go to settings and then goals. Find the amount of calories you burn from daily calories. Take the deficit of calories for a day and add calories burned from exercise. Have you tried adding up the net calories for a week and calories burned to see if you are getting a 3500 deficit to lose a pound? Worth a shot:))

i'm another Jillian Michaels fan. I have tried many at home workout DVD's: Billy Blanks Tai Bo, Beachbody Slim in 6 and Power 90, even Chalene's Turbo Jam. she recommends that you do it 6 days a week and 1 rest day. I will finish week 2 today and start week 3 on Sunday. I haven't lost alot of weight while doing Ripped in 30 but can't definately tell a difference in toning.

Slim in 6 by Beachbody REALLY works. I have done the program three times now and have had great results each time. It's a hard workout but you will see fast results. Can't say I love the music for the exercise programs (awful is more like it) but it does work
