I know everyone is different but I just finished my first workout on week 2. It was Pure cardio and resistance. I have a Polar FT7 HRM and i'm not even hitting a 400 calorie burn. I burned 387 today. Does that seem low? I feel like i'm pushing myself as far as I can and even go to muscle failure.
I did the "equation" for how many calories I should be consuming and I came up with 1600 calories. My question is, since i'm using MFP and they figure in your exercise calories, should I ONLY eat 1600 calories or should I still eat back my exercise calories while doing Insanity? Any help on this would be great....thanks!!
Ok, so i'm starting Insanity tomorrow and I headed to GNC today to get some whey protein. I already drink the Lean Shake's from GNC and the clerk there said they were basically the same thing as whey protein. Is this correct?
