starting Insanity and have a question

Ok, so i'm starting Insanity tomorrow and I headed to GNC today to get some whey protein. I already drink the Lean Shake's from GNC and the clerk there said they were basically the same thing as whey protein. Is this correct?

    Did you look at the ingredients/nutrition facts for the shake? Not familiar with the product, sorry.

    I think you need to compare ingredients...some whey protein have higher amounts per 1 or 2 scoops of protein. Take yours with you and see what amounts of protein and other ingredients you want. But FYI, GNC is expensive, you can get some great protein powders (Whey) at Target or Walmart....I use EAS from Target and it's got the same ingredients as the more expensive ones at GNC...just a thought.     Yes they are essentially the same thing albeit one is more convenient.
