I diet 7 days a week and have been successfully under my goal since January 1 of this year. Can't say it's been the easiest thing when someone from work brings in Mcdonalds or some other fast food.....but, when I see the progress i've made, it's all been worth it.

I'm kind of with you on not wanting to do workouts 11 & 12 for 3 weeks. I plan on doing those 2 workouts for 2 weeks like the rest of the program was and doubt i'll do the 3rd week. I applaud you 100% and have my diary closed since having a former mfp "pal" who would leave harsh comments when my calories were lower or my sodium was high for the day. I'm on my last 3 weeks of BR (workouts 11 & 12). I plan on doing JM's Six Week 6 Pack. The rest of my body is pretty much where I want it to be, my belly is what still needs toned...so close. I'm hoping after these final 3 weeks of BR, it will also be toned, if not, on to SW6P.

Yep, workouts 11 & 12 are 3 weeks long. I just started #11 today. 3 part push ups suck. Do they get easier?

Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 is a 30 minute workout that kicks a@@. You can get it at Walmart, Target, online. I highly recommend any of her videos. She definately knows how to make you sweat!!

I also just got the Polar FT7....love it! I actually tells you how many calories you burn, if you're training within your target heart rate and mine also came with the chest strap which I feel makes it more accurate than just one you wear on your wrist. I got mine on Amazon for under $70

I finished RI30 a little over a month ago! My results were awesome. I did each workout for 1 week and finished it in a month. Each week it got alot harder but by the end of that week, I could tell I was much stronger. During the month I did the program, I lost about 6.5lbs but definately toned up alot. I am now doing JM…
