I lost my first 100lbs strictly from walking. Since then I have added in other activities but I always go back to walking. Over the summer I will go back to walking only because i know it will help me shed this fat I have left then I will add in toning. It canb e done!!

Dear Friend. Don't beat yourself up! We all have our days and the fact that you are an emotional eater doesn't help. I am one too. I have found that before I eat anything I write. I keep a notebook with me and write out anything I am feeling before I stress eat. It really helps. It is a way to get those feelings out before…

I use an app called calorie counter. It helps when I am on the go to look things up and keep a log of what I eat until MFP is up and going.

Every time I log a weight loss I go back and change my goals and it reduces my calories. Even though I still do not use them all everyday it seems to be just enough to keep me from being hungry. Are you doing that?
