Hey, Everyone.
I've been a member of this site for a long time. Had different names. Stopped and started a thousand times.
Just wanted to announce that I'm starting again. And this time I'm gonna make darn sure this is the last!

Welcome back!! You can totally stick with this. We all have our days when we don't feel like exercising or logging our food, etc. As long as you keep trying, it doesn't matter how many times you've stopped and started again...it's important that you START! :happy:
#1. Accountability - post your workouts here, make your food diary accessible at least to your friends on here. It helps to keep you on track better.
#2. Change your name, or at least remove the word "tubby" from your name. No negative words or talk allowed!! Change it to TONEDTabbyTales instead or something more positive and how you want to be.
#3. What are your goals? What dates would you like to reach those goals by? Write it down and find someone to help keep you accountable. We can help keep you on track here, but if you have someone close to you who can help you in person, that would be even better. If not, then we'll be here for you!!!
#4. Eat at least 1200 calories every day. Eat 4-6 small meals per day (about every 2 hrs.) and stop eating 2-3 hrs. before bed.
