My breakfasts shakes are one cup water, one scoop chocolate protein powder, 1/2 a banana, 1/2 cup Fage 0% fat-free Greek yogurt and 1T coconut oil. Also, smoothies are a great way to drink food. Apparently I wasn't awake when I wrote this. It's backwards! :o) Ripped in 30 is more intense and I am doing it now, after 30-day Shred!

I started with Ripped in 30 and then moved on to 30 Day Shred, which is more intense. Love them both, though! Haven't tried Shred it with weights.

I agree with switching the yogurt to a Greek version for added protein, but sometimes adding a fat will keep you fuller longer, too. I put coconut oil in my morning shake as well!
