I took it to the soup kitchen (call ahead to be sure) they were very happy to get it. I usually just throw it in the freezer, though, and then i can find it a few months later.

i used to have one and i mostly used it for smoothies. I would put about 1/4 cup of juice or milk, half dozen ice cubes, and some fresh or frozen fruit in to it and whip it up. I stopped using it because the blades went dull after a year of chopping ice cubes every day. :-(

i don't know how i did it, but i managed to pig out on nothing but cookies and chocolate between meals for the last week, with out any extra walking, etc. and i am down 2.5 Lbs...i am just waiting for it all to settle, i guess.

i got a new cookie sheet and candy thermometer , a very cute Hallmark ornament that is a reindeer made out of kitchen supplies (potato masher antlers, whisk feet, cheese grater head, etc), Mario Party 8, and a set of spices!!

i just use regular syrup; i only use a Tbsp, though. Why deprive what you like? For me, French toast and waffles are a treat, since i seldom have time to make them. Mini Apple Crumble for 2. 2 Apples, peeled, cored, sliced. 1+1/2 Tsp Brown Sugar 1/2 tsp cinnamon. 1 Tbsp flour. 1 Tbsp oatmeal. Put apples into mini pie or bread tin, or large ramikan. Poutine is disgusting, and I am Canadian, it is super popular here! If i have gravy with fries, i prefer to dip, and no slimy cheese! I usually take my fries with sweet & sour sauce.
