This. Last year I was 270lbs when i first started just walking several miles a day. Then i slowly added in some jogging. I've lost 65lbs since then and at my peak, could jog up to 6 miles.

Exactly. I guess i'd be called jaded, but its nothing more then 2 people who become extremely comfortable with each other in my view. People make it into something its not.

Can't speak for others, but for me, i'm ALWAYS listening to music. Even when i'm not working out. My workouts though seem to go "easier" when i have some tunes blasting away. :smile:
