My husband hides his sweetie stash so I don't find it and pig out. Normally works brilliantly but sometimes I find the stash, EAT IT ALL and then he finds a new hiding place. Today I found the stash and I put it out in the rubbish being collected tomorrow. I feel guilty but if I'd eaten it all he still wouldn't have had…

100% agree! I love spinach though and eat plates and plates of it, either fresh or cooked. Also love sardines :)

Just wanted to say thank you very much for this post. Once I'm back at goal weight (I was at maintenance a few years ago and let it go for various reasons) I'll follow this.

I weighed in at 7am and I'd put on 700g (just over 1lb) and was so disappointed I ate all my day's calories before 8am. But I knew I'd had a bad week so should have been pleased with such a small gain!!
