  • try upping your protein. Dr.Oz says to eat about 30 grams of protein for breakfast everyday. This will help cut belly fat.

  • I eat still cut oats. They are full of fiber. They do take about 10 minutes to cook. I add some slivered almonds, golden raisins and agave nector with a 1/2 cup of soy milk. It is delicious, You can also add some cimmamon or pumpkin spice to your oats to spice it up!!
  • Good for you buring 500! That is awesome. Don't feel quilty. Lets say you ate 1700 calories and did not work out... Then you can feel quilty! Keep moving forward. Dr. Oz. says to do the '1' DAY DIET. Do one day at a time!
