To be honest even if it's not politically correct! I just don't find fat / flab sexually attractive, so can't see any point in going on a date with a fat woman. I would certainly go out as friends but definitely not a date.

Add Frozen vegetables to meals - I eat lots of food and never feel hungry. Just pop veg in the microwave for a few minutes and add it to soups, meals etc. You can add Broccoli, Cauliflower, peas, sweet corn, baby carrots and double the size of your portions for very few additional calories, Ian
