I give myself "cheat" meals, not "cheat" days. My Friday and Saturday dinners are my "cheat" meals. I behave during the day so I don't feel guilty about those two meals.

You have to ween yourself off it sort of how we ween ourselves on beer. I drink flavored black coffee, sometimes with a little stevia. Target's Archer Farms brand makes some really awesome flavored coffee, I'm drinking a pot of their Dark Chocolate Truffle as I type this, though Cinnamon Vanilla Nut is my favorite.

I need relationships of all sorts but I think having children would make me absolutely miserable. Furry pets shed and that grosses me out, so I'll keep my goldfish and clean furniture, thanks.

At 5'11", I like to wear heels on occasion when I'm out with girlfriends. Mostly because I like making short guys feel bad about themselves. My dudes are over 6' so I never have a reason to slouch.

This. Except Halloween. I'm the *kitten* on my block that puts up decorations at the beginning of September and leaves them up until the week before Thanksgiving. I do not decorate for any other holiday.

I have a gladware container with this mixture in it (Currently using strawberry cake mix). 3-2-1 Mug Cake is amazing. Double the numbers for double the cake which is almost a whole coffee mug (6T cake mix, 4T water, 2 minutes in the micro.)

Hunt's Sugar-free Chocolate Snack Packs, makes me feel like a kid. 70 calories. EDIT TO ADD: Also Swiss Miss Diet Hot Chocolate made with hot water, 25 calories in a packet. I drink these for dessert. Sometimes I add a 1/4 cup mini marshmellows for an additional 45 calories.
