Maybe try this (if you haven't already...). 1) Cutting out all refined sugars, flavourings and sweeteners, processed/packaged food and wheat... I think you'll be suprised with what happens and how fast.Much of it could be bloating too... maybe eliminate some bits from your diet that make you feel puffy and try intro'ing…

Slow reintroducing worked wonders for me and so glad I tried it otherwise I'd have missed out on many lovely foods... nuts, strawbs, apples etc. :)

Fave1) Healthy no-bake, low-cal flapjacks. Fave2) A roughie smoothie/Slices of apple with a small tub of nut butter (cashew, almond, peanut... your shout). Erm... I'd say you can taste the banana but it's not too strong.
