Diary feedback game ...

Not sure if it's just me or anyone else wants to have a go at this but I quite like the idea of someone looking at my diary and spicing up my foodie life with some ideas/comments/have-you-tried/constructive critisism, type comments/suggestions... don't worry I'm not easily offended and v.open minded with my diet.

If anyone else wants to do this, just message me and I'll return the favour if you like as got a fair amount of foodie exp under my belt now after working alongside a nutritionist for a while and for a fitness co. doing research & writing.

I.e. if you are interesting, please tell me what you want help with specifically when i view your diary EXAMPLE:

-Weight loss
-Tasty ideas
-Ideas for brekkie/lunch/dinner/food on the go etc etc
-New recipe ideas
- Constructive feedback re: plateau with losing weight

If anyone wants to do this for my diary, I'd quite like opinions on:

-Any variation ideas on my meals (for new inspiration) or snacks
-Am I eating enough/too much/alright for trying to get leaner (not weight loss but muscling up a little bit more).
- Is there anything I'm not aware of that's holding me back e.g. naughty ingredients sneaking in to what I'm eating etc.

This is something new to try so very open to ideas/feedback :)
