This is great! I would love to be at 20% I have 4lbs left to reach my goal weight and right now my body fat is at 25%. Definitely need to start lifting.

About 90 minutes...hate doing long runs on the treadmill though, it's so boring to stare at the same spot for that long!

Your dog is cute! When I used to do my p90x ab workout, my dog (profile pic) would come and roll over to his back and kick his legs back and forth!! Hilarious! :D

I was stuck at the same weight for 2 months. Upped my calories from netting 1200 to netting 1400. Adjusted my macro's to 40/30/30, and that seemed to do it. Lost 2lbs in two weeks.

My mom was a young mom and she's a wonderful mother and woman. 23 isn't young at all to have a baby!! I always wanted to be a 'young' mom, but life kind of got in the way. Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be a great mom! Congrats! :)
