  • I'm highly addicted to peanut butter cups; but, at 210 calories of fatty nastiness per package, i've come up with a protein shake alternative. 1 cup of light soy milk 1 serving of chocolate protein powder and 3 table spoons of PB2 Powdered Peanut Butter (tastes AMAZING with no fat!) and... of course... ice. :-P
