I don't because I do NOT have a toned tummy yet. However, I get really hot too so I buy guys ribbed tanks. You know the ones in a package of 3 in the underwear section of Target or Walmart??? They are very see through so you get a nice breeze but the jelly is covered! Cheap fix!

I have Zumba on XBox Kinect and I LOVE it! I reached my goal by alternating Zumba and the P90X videos.

I must be shaped weird because I'm a hair under 5'9" and weigh 134. I'm in a size 8 jeans...I don't think my hips could EVER fit in anything smaller!

Thanks for the advice. I actually try to get my protein that way but I spend most of my work day in the car so I wanted something to grab if what I packed for lunch/dinner wasn't enough! Trying to not get tempted by fast food:smile:

I'm 35 and mom of 2. I started Jan 1 at 160 and currently weigh 139. My goal is 135. I am smaller boned and I feel my weight now is healthy. I am a hair under 5'9"

I feel better. I started on the 1st and lost 11 pounds. I have stuck to my calories everyday but 3 days (and when I say over I mean anywhere from 10 to around 150 over my 1200). Last night was one of those days. I could not get ice cream off my mind so I treated myself to about 1/2 cup and felt just horrible about it.

I never specified whether I wanted MFP to give me a deficit or not. I was wondering if it automatically does? I'm at 1200 calories and I do eat some of the extra "exercise calories".
