fit bit help!
My fitbit adjusted my calories for yesterday due yo my activity but this morning the extra calories were off and now I'm negative. Anyone know what happened?

Reached my goal question
Now that I've reached my goal and have worked my way up to maintenance calories, do I still eat my "exercise calories" back? 1840 before exercise just seems like so much to begin with???

I have a question. I'm a 5'9' female and weigh 148. My calorie intake has been set at 1200. I've read that MFP sets your calorie intake with a deficit. Therefore, "eating your exercise calories", is factored in. I also heard MFP doesn't recommend anyone going under 1200. Given my height and weight, should I be eating them?
