You should eat them, That's why it says calories earned. If you don't and have to many extra calories it warns you that you didn't have enough calories.

I'm no expert, But every thing I have read say's to mix up your work out. Your body gets used to the same work out and slows down the the fat burning or muscle toning, If you tread mill all the time same speed and time. Try faster speed less time or eliplticle for a while. Great job for what you have done

Don't let it get you down. Just keep up the good work. I'm sure you feel a lot better and thats what really counts. And i'm sure people will notice soon.
