I have PCOS too & am due to start on Metformin too! However I'm already B12 deficient & I know Metformin can cause interrupt B12 absorption. I'm worried that it will zap the little energy that I already have!

I'm 150 now, and I wanna be about 135. Then depending how I feel and look at that weight, maybe try to get down to 125.

MFP sets mine to 24g, and I go over mine every single day on fruit and healthy foods alone - forget any treats I might have!! Should we minus the fruit/natural sugar from the total to get an accurate reflection?

I have recently found out I have pernicous anemia! I have had my first course of 12 shots, and am waiting for my first 3 monthly one. I've felt rubbish for the last month though :( I've been practically bed ridden so I don't have any tips yet!! Have you joined the Pernicious Anemia Society? They're really helpful there! x
