Wow, that explains my slow progress! I'm in a rut already - feeling down about my weight and health. Not sure if it's the winter blues or not (I need a holiday). :explode: Great tip. I'll spend my days off weighing my food instead of weighing myself.

I think some of the old gals in my neighbourhood do this! Nobody has a backyard BIG enough or PRIVATE enough to do that. What next we turn Hip Hop into HIPPITY HOP down the street. Looks like everyone is doing well so far. Keep it up. I activated my gym membership yesterday - first "real" workout in years. OUCH!!!

I'm aiming for 3 workouts minimum per week, any more than that will be a bonus, as I don't exercise now. I'll limit them to 30 minutes at the start but have every intention to increase the time to 45 by March. Any vegetarian receipes are welcome as I eat healthy now, just my portion sizes are too big.
