I feel the same way. I don't wan to go by myself. But I need to. I hate stationary cardio machines and I think joining classes will help motivate me to do more cardio.

I <3 PF! My boyfriend and I go almost every morning to either lift weights or do cardio. It is not crowded in the mornings and no one tells us we CAN'T do anything. I just had a milkshake 1/2 serving of Banana Nut flavored protein 2 tbsp. PB2 1 serving sugar free vanilla pudding mix 1/2 cup cottage cheese water ice Tastes SO good. I have one almost every night and it satisfies my sweet tooth before bed. :)

Hey. I'd like to know the answer to this question as well. My guess would be that if you're still at a calorie deficit and switching up work-outs regularly, your body will still burn fat. But I'm no expert!

I eat SO much fruit throughout the day. I eat a banana with breakfast. Grapes and strawberries for lunch. And usually a chobani yogurt with peaches or blueberries for snack before dinner. I ignore the sugar intake. Fruit is good for you. And it won't make you gain any weight.

My cheat meals come from lack of preparation and exhaustion. When it is time to eat and I don't have a usual snack available and I can't measure out my portions like normal, I just eat whatever is most readily available. Also, my boyfriend and I usually eat out twice a month for date nights. I count drinking as "cheating"…
