Stretch before and after a workout. Apply ice after a workout. Change your shoes..

I love mine too!!! I also use it to encourage my students. I'll let them wear it during a class and they get excited about seeing what they have burned!

Zumba Instructor... can't cut back. I'm not hungry at all, I'm not tired and I could go another hour at the gym if I did... Plenty of energy for work, gym and home (wink wink) I almost always eat my 1400, if I workout I do try to eat back some of the calories, but there are a lot of day when I have 600 - 800 calories left.…

I measure my calorie burn with fitness monitor... I could go to McDonalds with the amount of calories I burn!!!

Thank you all for the support, I really do appreciate it. I did go and exchange my work uniform for on that was ONE SIZE SMALLER!!! Now I'll take that! I'm just going to keep going......

Zumba is fun and doesn't feel like your exercising. If you can't afford a gym membership or to pay for classes crank up the music and dance around the house like no one is watching for 30 minutes a day!

6 pages about farting! Great topic and a good laugh! Crop dusting is the funniest thing I have heard in a long time :laugh: My husband is usually the victim of my farts. I am famous for clearing 3 isles at a Pet Smart. At the gym?? That's why we all wear headphones. At Zumba. .. that's why we play the music so loud!

It took me 2 weeks of cleaning to get the smell out of my house! To get Zumba license.. you go to their website and see where they are offering classes. I drove 5 hours to my training, it was 10 hours. It cost me 320.00 I walked away with Zumba and Zumba Gold license. Hope that helps

I squat 250 pounds.. I hold 20 pounds in each hand when doing lunges. Adding the weight works better for me.

I do use a HRM, I burn 800 doing Zumba Gold and 1000 doing regular Zumba.

While that may be working for you it does not mean that it will work for everyone. Eating 80% of my calories just before I go to bed is a guarantee way for me to gain weight. Those of us that are not so young and post menopause have different needs. For me if I eat before bed my body will not have a chance to burn off…

I am always in the calorie negative. I can not eat as much as I burn, The last time I stalled for 2 weeks ( no weight loss) I reversed my meals under the advice of a trainer and I lost 4 pounds that week. Myth?? not for me.
