Eat Back Your Calories?
I see a lot of people posting that we should eat back the calories we burn working out. I can burn 600 to 1500 calories a workout. That's a lot of calories to eat.

The last 10!! So frustrating!!!
I'm on my last 8 pounds to lose. It is so frustrating!!!! Some weeks I lose nothing.. I'll go 2 weeks and lose nothing. Any suggestions?

Quit Smoking 1 Year Ago Today!
After 36 years of smoking I finally did it!! I quit smoking a year ago today and gaining weight was my biggest fear. My doctor advised me to start moving!! I found Zumba and fell in love. In the past year I have become smoke free, Zumba licensed , and lost 29 pounds!

Switching meals around!
I've got to switch my meals around.. I have stalled again. I will eat lunch then dinner then breakfast. Starting it today I will give you results next weekend.
