Today is level 3 day 3. I struggle with lots of things in this workout! I am still plugging away, wondering if anyone else is? Today will be day 3 of level 3! So far, I've lost 4 pounds. Have not done measurements yet, will do that when I complete the 30 days.

Level 3 Day 2 done. Beautiful here today! It's 6:00 p.m. and still 56 degrees. Went for a little jog/walk cool down outside today, could use a little less breeze, but this is pretty dang nice for March. I think Level 3 was easier today, maybe?

I have lost 3 pounds in the past week! I am on day 22 (level 3 dY 2). Things were pretty slow to come off prior to this week. Keep going folks!

Level 3 Day 7 . I bought a HRM this afternoon. It gave me 207 calories burned for today's workout. We will see how it compares with what my elliptical climber says in the morning.

Level 2 Day 1. Success! My first idiotic thought when I started the DVD was, "gee, they all changed clothes." Yep, I'm a huge dork. Got through the workout, some moves are more challenging than others. The one I struggle with the most is the double jump rope, go figure?

Thanks for joining us @findingbalance. I have never been a morning workout person. I always hit it when I get home at night. In the morning I think I am too focused on what I need to accomplish at work during the day. I am thinking about doing Ripped in 30 after this go round.

Level 1 Day 9 complete. Made it to the end of the first segment of push ups and three or four into the second round before I had to switch to modified push-ups.
