  • I picked mine up yesterday at BestBuy. There were two left when I got there. So far, so good. Seemed pretty accurate for my elliptical workout this morning. The silent alarm function is really nice, like that a lot. I have nothing to compare this to, so I might not be the best or most unbiased review for the flex.
  • I spent a great deal of time on the spreadsheets this morning, they are confusing. I hope I have things calculated correctly. Seems like each tab says something different. Glad you found someone to walk you through it. I may need to look for just such a person!
  • I followed the hard core girl.
  • I lost 6 pounds, didn't start to come off till into week 2. I also lost 2 to 3 inches, mostly off my waist.
  • I use Dymatize. Cookies and cream is my favorite. I usually do one of these recipes: 1 scoop protein 1 cup skim or 1% milk 1 teaspoon instant coffee Ice cubes Or this one tastes like an Orange Julius. 1 scoop protein 1/2 cup orange juice 1/2 cup skim or 1% milk Sometimes I add berries.
  • I started the 30 Day Shred on March 9th and completed it on April 7th. I did each level for ten consecutive days. I did not take any rest days. I lost 6 pounds. Will be doing measurements here soon as well as after pics.

  • Level 3 Day 6! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! WooHoo! I'll finish Sunday - I know that my weekend getaway to see Mr. Wonderful for the first time in two months may impact my weight and final measurements :( bummed about that, but super excited to see Mr. Wonderful.

  • Archery, rifle, shotgun, deer, elk, antelope, pheasant, turkey, geese etc.
  • Level 3 day 5 here as well. Still struggling with some of these moves!
  • Just keep going, it won't take your body long to get rid of Easter dinner! You can do it!
