Over 50 .....what is your 30 day shred results?

Did any of you struggle with results? I am starting level 2 and not loosing any weight in fact gaining don't really think I have toned do not notice in clothes and my legs seem bigger heavier seem to be retaing fluid I am also doing he30 day squat challenge as well ...... Just frustrating so would live to hear from all of you

    I lost 6 pounds, didn't start to come off till into week 2. I also lost 2 to 3 inches, mostly off my waist.
  • I'm new to all of this and probably don't know what I'm talking about but I am a little familiar with the 30 day shred workout. If I may ask which girl do you follow in the video? There is the "novice" girl and the "hardcore" girl. I myself follow the "novice" girl but if you aren't seeing the results you want perhaps going "deeper" would make a difference. Have you tried increasing the weights you use? Maybe do the workout twice? Please know that I don't pretend to know what I'm talking about but merely giving a different perceptive.
