yesterday's, I'm proud of myself for finally starting running again! Today's I'm proud of myself for doing zumba, even when I couldn't go to the gym

Mine is open...and very honest. My eating habits aren't great...or even close. But I plan to slowly improve!

This one should be easy. I eat dinner between 5-6 every night then I just drink water the rest of the night. I think i'm going to start doing 200 crunches a day tommorow!

Its just a personal choice, no real benefit or negative. I keep mine open just because I love reading other peoples diarys! But its up too you 100%. I think if you go to settings you can change it...not totally sure!

Once a week. I don't even have a scale in the house simply because I don't feel like weighing everyday would be beneficial to myself! But thats for me

I do all my cheating on saturday...eat a brownie, maybe something fried. Not nessacarily a whole day just a few things I really want. I try to eat relativley healthy the rest of the day...atleast this is my plan. Since I just started i'll have to see how it goes!
