I thought if you were driving a car and let go of the wheel the car would go completely out of control and you'd go flying off the road. I also used to think I was the oldest person alive, besides my parents and siblings. A virgin was someone who had never kissed anyone :)

I'm 5'3 and I started at 170lbs 2 years ago. Lost 20lbs, got comfy and stopped! I'm now back up to almost 170 again :/ My first goal is to get back to 150, ultimately I'd like to be around 130 I think. Would love to be friends with you!

Here is my theory about it. I like food, therefore, if I can eat 6 times a day I will! It helps my brain feel like I'm eating more, because I'm eating more frequently. If it helps you, go for it! It's all up to your personal choice

I started running many years ago because of my sisters. It wasn't a pretty sight and I could barely make it around the block. I stopped running for a while and now I've been getting back into it. I'll be running a 5k in April. Feel free to add me! :)

Losing weight faster isn't effective and it isn't maintainable!! going from 3,000 calories to 1200 isn't good for you and again isn't maintainable and you'll end up binging!!! Losing weight slowly is far better for you and you'll be able to stick with it!
