^^This. I keep mine completely public because I really don't care what people think about me regarding the food I eat. Some days I eat really well. Other days not so much. I have, however, took away some great ideas from other diaries as far as healthy meals and such.

Beer - I drink a ton of it... I need to cut back.
-
Calories are calories. But one might hurt your heart, liver, and other organs quicker than the other. All based on assumption. If I drank 1000 calories of alcohol every day, my liver would slowly begin to break down and die.
-
I ride a track bike, listen to indie music, and drink craft beer.... I generally look down on everyone ;)
-
a six pack of porters + a whole large stuffed crust pizza + half a bag of chips. I don't think I can do that again even if I tried...
-
mmm peanut butter m&ms.... wait, what are we talking about?
-
I like to cook them in olive or coconut oil and then add salt + red pepper flakes.

Eggs, protein powders, greek yogurt, milk, meat (any).

A blender/juicer.

#3 is the best.

I really hate anything associated with Oprah.... Dr. Oz... Dr. Phil... yada yada yada.
-
You're not alone. I don't have food cravings either.... I just eat to eat. I guess it works out in the long run.
-
Sometimes, you just have guesstimate.

great job and welcome!

As soon as I wake up all groogy and irritable, I drink a beer and a shot of whiskey. I feel like a million bucks shortly after..

^^ This. I don't think anyone said, "you should eat carbs for breakfast." But as a runner and cyclist, I enjoy carbs. They are my friend.
-
I eat when I'm hungry.
-
Both are equally bad. Regular = empty calories ... all sugar Diet = Chemically processed artificial sweetners that have been proven to slow metabolism and make people eat more.

Someone else told me about this website: http://www.truenutrition.com you can customize your protein sources, vitamins, minerals etc. Apart from soy, you can get hemp, gemma pea, and brown rice protein powders
-
Gemma pea, brown rice, hemp are also great sources of vegetable proteins that are easily digested. Whey protein is still animal since it's derived from dairy... Legumes, nuts, seeds, quinoa are also good sources of protein.

Personally, I like the taste of almond milk but it's a lot thicker than regular milk. Coconut milk is good if you don't milk the slight coconut taste. In shakes, I prefer the coconut milk. In cereal, I prefer the almond.. I buy both =)
-
Unsweetened almond milk = about 35 calories/8 oz. Unsweetened coconut milk = about 50 calories/8 oz.
-
I forgot about Amazon.com as well. Yeah.. I really don't think people should be eating that much soy anyways... kinda thankful it doesn't agree with me.
-
Nice - I'll definitely check it. Thanks!

If you're going to Red Robin, you might as well eat a burger. They are delicious.
