Plant Protein Powder - Whey Replacement
I'm not a big fan of whey protein/protein isolate or soy protein (could be an allergy) as they both hurt my stomach for some reason. The other day, I noticed they make plant based protein powder from peas, rice, hemp, etc. For those that have tried or currently use them, any recommendations?

Which Wich? - Udi's Gluten Free Bread
In attempt to limit my consumption of gluten (not allergic but sensitive towards it), I found out Which Wich? now carries gluten free bread. And after trying it, I must say that I'm impressed. Definitely worth trying.

Marathon Runners - Advice
I enjoy running but a 5K is the longest distance I have ever ran. My question to all those who have ran a marathon or even a half marathon, how long did it take you to get to that point? I haven't ran in awhile but have the urge to start training again. I'm giving myself an 8 month window, sound feasible?

Recently, I started to notice that my Asics Gels aren't cutting it after a serious arch strain (not pleasant). Any suggestions for good supportive running shoes for high arches?

Music, Television, Distractions - Exercise
Personally, I cannot workout without music. There's something about the distraction from the physical wear and tear that keeps me motivated. However, it can only be music that is heavy or fast paced.
