For a normal person with a perfectly normal digestive track, bread and other carbs are fine. For someone with digestive disorders, like myself, bread and other carbs such as potatoes, rice, rye, etc... can cause problems. But yes, to each his/her own.

Meh. Eat whatever you want. I don't eat grains right now because they affect my Crohn's disease. If I didn't have Crohn's disease, I would eat the s**t out of wheat. Bottomline, everything will kill you if you abuse it. That includes eating 3000-5000 calories a day without exercise.

I think the moral of this is story is to not buy M&Ms.

Eat clean. Exercise. Push fluids. Adequate sleep. Additionally, smoking burns 100-200 calories a day.. so also keep that in mind. You body may be readjusting. I quit in January... I feel great!
