Runners w/ high arches.

Recently, I started to notice that my Asics Gels aren't cutting it after a serious arch strain (not pleasant). Any suggestions for good supportive running shoes for high arches?

I have really high arches and was persuaded to try Mizuno Wave Runners. They are wonderful! I suggest going to get fitted though....I would have never picked up a pair of Mizunos had I not been steered in that direction.

Have your gait analyzed at a real running store and they'll recommend the proper shoe. Not doing so, you're setting yourself up for not so distant future injuries.
