I did skip it.... I didn't feel "ready" yet. A few more weeks and I'll be better able to handle it.

This isn't exactly a medicine ball... but an OOOF Ball... 6 pounds of super high density foam.... You can do some crazy stuff with it because it will bounce.

Whatever you / we can do.... when it warms up some, I'll be doing 5 mile walks with my puppy.... a tired puppy is a good puppy!

It actually is really fun to watch... Except for when they puke.... but some people like seeing that too.... but if you puke you are out of the competition.

$65 a months? Wow! Most gyms near me are about 35 to 40 bucks a month... and you CAN negotiate a price. I have done that before. We have a brand new YMCA near us... I pay $1000 a year for 4 people.... and that includes indoor and outdoor pools. Plus I can use 5 different YMCAs... and be a guest at most any YMCA in the…

Any health food store.... Costco and BJ's also carry it...... look for Whey Protein. Heck, a really big grocery store might have it, as well as a nice big pharmacy.

Another: 1 banana 4 -5 dates 1/2 TBS agave 1 TBS cocoa powder ice to your liking Blend til smooth..... it's kind of like a chocolate covered banana..... add yogurt if your like, or not.

OK, I do this one often: 1 banana scoop of blueberries 1 cup LF vanilla yogurt 1 ounce of walnuts Some days I might add FRESH coconut. Blend it with ice til smooth. YUMMY.

Whether that is true or not, a person needs to be in sync with a doctor that helps them, and not berates them.... and personally, I think the doctor is most likely incorrect.

Thanks.... I did that... and it has not helped... and I ended up spending 3x as much as I normally do..... On the plus side, they make taking LOOOOOOONG walks a whole lot better.

Well, I am the guy... and here is what I do... though, I do work from home: 100% of all grocery shopping. I cook FULL meals 4x a week I do laundry, but I don't fold them.... wife hates the way I fold I make her coffee every morning while she gets ready for work I house clean I take the kids to CCD and all after school…

I happen to have 45 POUNDS... yes POUNDS, fresh produce in my home... I eat very little processed food.... like a bite hre or there. :)
