  • 195.6/196.4/180.6 I gained this week...and am actually higher than when I started the challenge. Of course I did not track my food AT ALL and I am sure that was key. This week I am going back to square one...I have to check in daily and track everything I eat. Not sure how that will work on T-day but I will do what I can.…
  • Ok heres my stats for this week: 195.6/194.8/180.6. This week was ok, had had a hard time keeping up with the tracker and often had to complete it the following day--and I wonder if that resulted in some accuracy issues but since I lost this week Im not going to sweat it too much. I dont know if those of you who breastfeed…
  • I dont know the answer to that, for me, I have just been monitoring my production and if it appears to take a dip then increasing my cals would probably the first thing I would to do see if production improved. Im sure someone has a better answer, tho.
  • I feel you on the perfectionist thing, it trips me up all the time. A friend introduced me to the phrase "perfection is the enemy of progress" and I try to remind myself of that when I get all hung up on doing things just right.
  • 195.6/197/180.6. Ugh, I am up a little this week. I think it is probably water, or mostly water as I had more salt than usual...of course if I had been more diligent about tracking I could better pinpoint this but....ahhh well, lesson learned. Today is my first PP appt and I don't have childcare so I am a little nervous…
  • Im so glad you all are here!
  • Wow this week has been a zoo! I thought for sure I would be able to post more during the week but it flew by so quick! Im going to get next weeks thread started. I hope everyone is hanging in there!
  • 4 casts! Wow, your LO is a trooper! Hope it goes smoothly. :-)
  • Alright! Today is the day! Lets get the ball rolling! My stats are (start weight/current weight/goal @end of challenge weight) 195.6/195.6/180.6. Im excited to do this with you ladies! This should be fun :-)
  • kellimiller1, my bad...I was putting this together while sleep deprived. The challenge will run from Monday until the end of the year, participants pick whatever weightloss goal they want. Each monday we will weigh in and report our progress and trouble shoot with other folks who may need a helping hand. Throughout the…
  • My name is Jenn, I live in California and have a three week old daughter named Lucy. I joined MFP a year or so ago when they linked up with fitbit (prepregnancy I was a fitbit fanatic). As you can see from my siggy I have a substantial amount of weight to lose and am hoping to use this challenge as a means of jump starting…
  • Yes please!
  • I think it will vary depending on your height/current weight etc. I am on the 1.5/lb week schedule and my calorie range is in the 1300s per day. That does not include the addtl cals for breastfeeding.
  • Hey Challengers--is there a plan to do a 3rd challenge? I know this one comes to a close shortly and I thought I would check in. Thanks! Jenn
