Watch the number of weight used increase as your body gets stronger. I know I love seeing my leg press increase and it pushes me to keep going.

145 is my first goal and once I hit that I will decide if I just want to tone up more or lose more lbs. I was quite happy with my body when I was a toned 145. 135 got to be too small on my large frame.

I am 5'8, 170lbs....I eat about 1600-1900calories a day and burn off about 400 a day. I try to make sure I am at least NETTING 1200 calories and that seems to help me lose consistently. I want to lose 4lbs by may 12th and fit comfortably into my size 9s! They zip but give a bit of a muffin top.

I do weights for 40 and cardio for 20. I also rotate what cardio I do almost everyday. I try to lift heavy and see progress every week! I've been dropping lbs for 3 weeks now since starting Jamie Eason's program on bodybuilding.com. Inches are coming off too and I am almost down a pant size!!

mines 145 and then tone up. I was 135 before and felt too thin. I have a broad frame (shoulders, ribs, hips) and carry my weight well.

mines 6'6 with an uber fast metabolism. I think he's only about 210. Doesn't help that he can do 15 situps and is suddenly ripped -___- but he does give me some good workout pointers that I am very thankful for :D and lets me touch his abs whenever I want.

Find workouts outline that map out the workout for you. I do Jamie Easons 12 week program and it takes me about 40 minutes to complete. I am like you and get bored super easy. I found it was more I didn't know what moves to do for the body part i was working out.

I'm 5'8 about 175lbs and I fit into a size 10 jean and m-l shirt! When I weighed 145-150, I was a size 6/8 and wore a medium shirt all the time. I have a broad frame (shoulders, hips, etc.). My goal is to get back into a size 8!

Unless I have a gym to go to, I am not nearly half as motivated to workout as I am just running on outside. Sure its nice to get some fresh air but its also fun to have a little competition in your head with the next person on the treadmill!

I have to usually wait at least 45-60 mins after I eat to run or do high intensity workouts.

Not allowing myself to weigh in for 2 weeks. I just started running and eating healthy again and was told that sometimes it takes a few weeks for your body to show any changes. I do not want to get discouraged.
