Almost 20lbs GONE
It took me 8 months with a plateau of 3 months. Damn those things. I usually try to work out 3-4 times a week and I normally eat pretty healthy with a cheat meal once a week. No miracle pills or diets here.

I just ran out of Superpump. I really liked it although the effects weren't as strong as when i first started. Yes, i know your body gets use to it. Anyway, I want to try a different prework drink. I use it on the days that I plan on weight lifting. Any suggestions?

Whey vs Soy Protein

COFFEE
I love having a cup of coffee every once in awhile but I am one of those people who likes a little coffee with her creamer. I noticed that creamer can add a lot of calories and fat but I cannot stand the taste of black coffee. How do you make your coffee sweeter without a lot of calories? Thanks!!

I did the calculation on how many calories I should consume and it gave me 1936 with the deduction for losing weight. On MFP, my net calories should be about 1530. Which one should I follow?

Insanity burn question
I just started up Insanity but I do not have a HRM to record how much I burn. Nor can I really afford one right now (broke college student trying to make rent). What would you record insanity under or what do you think is an average burn for it? I'd say that I do go at a medium pace.

i gained it all back :/
Back in Jan, I lost close to 20 lbs and was at my lowest weight (143). I just weighed myself and I gained almost every single pound back. I feel like I have failed myself. I was so happy and confident at 143 and now im 160. Thats disgusting and I feel like crap now. :/

6 meals a day?
I have a tendency to overeat when I only eat 3 meals a day. In between meals, I get hungry or bored and end up eating bad foods or just A LOT of food.
