YOU NEED TO EAT MORE! I didn't lose any weight until I upped my calories to netting around 1450. Everybody is different but I would start by adding 100 or so more calories and see how that goes.

I am almost done with my 2nd week! I feel like somedays it doesn't get any easier :( but I am still pulling through and noticing how loose my pants are becoming ;)

Oh that'd be my boyfriend. He pretty much eats fast food and junk all day. He is in the USMC though and in training. He doesn't get why I eat healthy and do Insanity. We'll be old and he'll be unhealthy :/

I just bought that dress for my boyfriends Marine Corps Ball! Same color too. I love it. I think its sexy without showing too much skin. Also not outrageously expensive :)

HW: 176-179....i didnt weigh myself after 176 but i feel like i couldve been more easily. LW(since after highschool): 143lbs CW: 161.3 ish GW:145 and then tone :) I'm 5'7-5'8 I have about 15 more lbs to go!

At my gym there is a trainer who in everyone eyes would be considered overweight or even obese. I've noticed that the weeks that I do not work out as hard as other weeks, I drop the most weight. Your muscles hold on to water after hard workouts to repair themselves. At least thats what I heard. Always have a water bottle with you. I got a few cute ones from Kohls that are 32oz each. I'll try to at least drink 2 sometimes 3. If i get super bored with water, I will add lemon or lime to it.

I totally agree! My boyfriend must eat 3500 calories to maintain his weight. He's 6'6 and very active. My diet is supposed to be 1600. How many calories do you eat? If you're working out more but not eating more, it may stall your weightloss.

As long as its sugar free! I heard that other gums have the chemical sugars. Not sure if its aspartame or what.
