I have used MFP for over a year now. I had lost 26lbs in February but recent stresses have made me gain back over 10lbs of it back. I changed my starting weight and goal weight to what it is now (156lbs), and my calories went up 100! I have it set as the same amount of activity, exercise, and lbs per week. I'm curious as to why it went up and should i now eat the 1550 calories instead of 1450.

This is something I still am trying to figure out...0

It probably went up because you have less weight to lose than you did previously, and you kept the weight lost per week that same. So it'll probably take a few more weeks to lose that 10 lbs., but I would *think* that if you wanted to cut out the extra 100 calories to get those first 10 off, it would be ok.0
