Like everyone else says, there is size limit. You may have to repeat a week so it make take a bit longer. I took eleven weeks instead of the recommended nine weeks, but I got through it eventually and I am much better off now.

I agree. Soreness is good but it sucks too. Soreness is a sign of very small rips in the muscle, which will promote healing and strengthening in the muscle. The tiny injuries make the muscle stronger. Large injuries are bad, but building muscle requires small injuries. Backing of the pain killers would probably be good…

I try to weigh myself everyday so I can stay accountable. I just keep in mind that I may go up or down in weight so I have to keep that in mind and not take daily weight too seriously.
