So all in all it seems that it comes down to varying opinions and points of view. I think you've all made some really valid points here, I mean, of course any fluid is a diuretic as its going to make you wee more? Haha, I can't think of a drink that makes me wee less. Thanks for the help guys, I wasn't counting my herbal teas as water so I think I may do that from now on haha! I do try and have a glass of normal water with my meals and when I first wake up and before I go to sleep. So I should be ok. :smile:

I've just joined too! Thought I'd give it a real go this time after putting on a bit of weight in the last few months! I'm 18 and 5'2 so we're kind of in the same boat. :)
